Nick, here is another heart attack inducer that my whole family loves.

Tater Tot Casserole

1 bag frozen tater tots
2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, peeled and diced
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef with the onions in a frying pan until the meat is completely cooked and the onions are translucent. Stir the soup and cheese over low heat until the cheese is completely melted, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. Place about 2/3 of the tater tots in a 13"x9" casserole dish. Mix the beef mixture and soup mixture together and pour over the tater tots. Then put the remainder of the tater tots on top of it all, pressing them down until they are about hald buried, but leave a little sticking out on top to form a nice brown crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and dig in. YUM!

I got that recipe from one of my favorite southern restaurants. It's a cute little mom and pop place owned by some semi-distant relative of mine. A great great uncle or fourth cousin or something, I think. I miss their food. Haven't eaten there in years.

My favorite southern food restaurant EVER is in north Georgia. It's called Dillard House and it's in Dillard, Georgia. Their food is AMAZING and the mountain view is just beautiful. They have a cookbook out that I recommend to anyone who wants to learn to cook real southern food. The Dillard House Cookbook.
