I got me a powerful pinin' fer some red eye beans and gravy. With homemade biscuits!

I was just talking with a bus driver today about food in Los Angeles. We agreed NY outstrips LA any day of the week. Philadelphia and Chicago are close twins to NY. Boston ain't that far behind either.

But then we got to talking about southern cuisine. Foods made out of things cartoon companies make characters out of.

Gotta admit those southern dishes like cornbread stuffing, crawdads and corn, grits, fried chicken, bar b qued raccoon and possum belly and chitlins sure can make ya' wanna marry a woman quick who can cook em'.
