The lady ended up talking me out of getting the outline because I had a custom tribal and it would have been too much so to speak....I called them up today to go get red accents and get part of the tattoo fixed and the woman who did it (her and her husband owned the place) had moved to flordia. So not only did I over fucking pay, I paid for something I never got....And theyre trying to get me to pay for it to be fixed and finished...I'm going to go up there tomorrow and raise fucking hell. When I talked to a few people they told me I should not have paid more then about $125 for that tattoo anyway WITH the outline or accents.
This oughta be interesting.

haggling over a tattoo is always dangerous. Don't forget, this is something that's going to be on you FOREVER. $150.00 an hour is normal for quality work.
