but when I woke up this morning, I found SoBe's spam in my email without my approval or request - I am sure this has happened to many of you. I have blocked it but now I think I am in SoBe hell - forced without my permission to live a life getting spams of his stuff daily.
Why does SoBe who apparently is now desparate for sales and money that he has to go through and collecting email addresses from this board and spamming the shit out of them - isnt this reason to be banned??
Is there a government organization to deal with this kind of guy?

Foward all his junk mail to his upstream, Dialtone/interland, he is braking their TOS, so if they get enough complaints, they will disconnect him
