Showers are pure utility... I shower when I wake up, after a workout, or before I go out.
Baths are (almost) pure relaxation... a bathe when I just wanna chill, maybe read a book in peace away from the screaming children, kick the jets on to relax some sore muscles. It's basically just a smaller, personal hottub, and you don't see anyone saying that chillin' in the spa is effeminate.
In the end, who really gives a fuck if it's "girly"? You feeling a little insecure about your manhood or something?
