see this is how i know what i am saying is true , i work out like a mad crazy person but i eat chocolate bars , pizza , fries , candy , chips (you know all the great yummy stuff)
and it balances out i am not achieving anything from it .... so imagine if i didn't work out like nuts ..... then imagine if i ate healthy ( i would be really sexy)
