Gay men have twice the income, most of which spent in partying and porn. No kids, no wives, more money. I have lived with two gay men over the last six years, and at times it felt like a gay frat house. Some facts on gay men:

5) Some of the best partiers. Considering lack of straight responsibilities more time for bars, ass, and fun.
6) Damn near all gay men are internet savvy. Too much porn, personals, and chats to stay away.
7) Men are men, gay or straight, we're all into ass.
