404 is decent...but I wouldnt pay too much for it. Use your htaccess to point your own 404's to you CJ page.
You get a site listed with a URL of

You are going to get some many people looking for a back door.... ie.
www.xxx.com/boobs/
Direct it all back...or you can even direct it to your cgi.out (not sure if your trades would go for that)
This method takes longer, but it's inexpensive.
