lots of sites for sale on ebay, some are actually good investments but do your research before you buy an "established" website. Most of them slap together some content then buy shitty traffic for the first few months so you think its the real deal. I bought a dating site which had 400 active members, each paying $10 a month through paypal. Then i opened it up so its free for a few months, now its at 1700 members, those will now attract more people at $10 a month.
