Some programming meets it's deadline, if it is well hahahahahahahahaed what is going to be done and you dont bug the programmers until what you agreed to is done.
unfortunately nobody understands this, i spend more time on aim and icq talking about what needs to be done rather than doing it because i find people dont really know what they want until its too late.
i plan on writing some articles that will be published in klixx very soon here on understanding and working with your programmer(s). also on finding a programming staff that works and how programmers work.
if they are two months behind, there is a reason. it is probably due to the way they are treated or the money you are paying them is far less than other people are paying them. try sending them an email as programmers are busy and do not answer messaging services but do much better with email at their leisure.
as for finding somebody local, if you cannot describe what you want in text, it will never get done the way you want it because that means that you dont really know what you want and you prefer to verbally brainstorm (which doesnt bode well with programmers). the only programmers you are going to find in NC are overpriced ex-dotcommers, and htey all have jobs because the only reason they are there is because they moved there.
