Actually, I've bought content from you twice in the past. Good quality stuff, great prices, great service. I was the one who asked to have a couple of my videos swapped out because they contained unlicensed music & you handled it quickly & professionally.
I have no idea about your legal situation other than the accusations that have flown around the board. As a content producer, I'm sure you're more aware than anyone that this is a very naive statement:
"I assume when I buy content that the seller is allowed to license the stuff."
Scammers used to sell CDs on Ebay with content from amateur girls' membership areas, for fuck's sake!
Like others have pointed out, if there was going to be a lawsuit it probably would've happened by now. I'd guess your content is kosher & the whole mess was just a partnership gone bad. That's great news for your customers, but it still makes sense to be a little cautious when buying anything over the net. That was all I was trying to point out.
