I would just try resetting the computer on it. Just unplug the power to it, and if it has a battery backup take that out also. Wait a few min then put it back in.

It could be one of the sensors going off and not allowing you to lock the doors because of it. (check dome light? headlights? door pin? hood / trunk pins?).

It could be litteraly hundreds of things though, might want to try and look it up by model number or check the manual under trouble shooting
