Guess I forgot to mention that one needs excellent credit and good bank references also.
When I was applying for a ?risky? business merchant account, they told me to use another service so it wouldn?t affect my account even though they would approve me with a higher rate or set up a new account.
Once again, I never had a problem with card service international.
