They ceased processing somewhere around July/August 2003 but apart from that minor issue (
) it was apparently "business as usual." They were engaged in legal action to get the funds released, and were trumpeting about how they had sufficient assets to cover the $ value that clients were owed.
I'm not writing it off just yet, but a disconnected phone line doesn't look too good.
