I could handle this myself...get proof of sale(s) of your content which he is not supposed to have. Get proof of these websites having your content online which sobe licensed.
Is there a minimum price he can sell your sets at? Get proof of him selling it below that shouldn't be hard if it's included in a "bundle", but if he marked your sets as the set price and included his sets and charged the difference of the package I doubt you could do much there.
I would say that is enough of a foundation to go on from there. How much has this cost you so far, take a guess...over 30k?
You say you don't have the 30k to drop on Sobe but yet in another thread you said that you would go after everyone who bought his shit for use as DVD/Website content...So, either you don't have enough to go after anyone or you have enough to go after everyone.
