After YEARS of this shit dragging on here is what i've found:
Clearly Sobe is allowed to sell some of Joe's content because if he wasnt i think there would indeed be a lawsuit brought forth...think about it for a minute, if someone was stealing your custom made content (if thats not bad enough) and license it then surely you would sue, wouldnt you?
As big of an idiot as sobe might be (which he is!) and as many stupid things as he does (Claiming to created something called "SUPERMPEG") and for as many people that hate him he is still in business...Still Selling the content in question...
People on this board have ruined others for far less. It isnt hard to fuck with people considering how easy the DMCA is to work with.
