PremiumNetPass will make you lots of cash with recurring commissions, and they don't require you to update your sites regularly... instead you can just add a new site once a month.
FreeNetPass only requires 10 pics to make a site and returns tons of traffic. If you're looking for qualified surfers to upsell to paysites, this might be the way to go. Just build a shitload of FNP sites.
