adulthitkit has a free version for nonrecip tgp's and a pro version for recip-tgp and SE.

If you dedide for tgsw, you should have a look at tgsw-update, a service who update the database (URL's, rules, recips etc). Most people say that tgsw is a must.
How much traffic you will recieve is depending on your webmaster skills. The great advantage, that you can submit to some hundreds tgp in some minutes, is gone. There are some 100 webmaster using these tools, so it is the same competition as before, only on the next level.
