I just talked with the doctor an she told me that it makes no sense to use extra glasses for PC work, when you normally don't wear glasses because your eyesight is very good.
I told her i sit whole day in front of the PC but she told me just the obvious things, like to take eye drops, make breaks etc...
I had never worn glasses in my life, but I thought there are some people who wear some glasses just for the PC, even though they also don't have any problems with their eyes, just to help preventing eyesight damage.
