haven't you noticed no programs gone away from 1% charge back ratio? Has EVERYONE figured out ways to get under 1%? or is it because 95% are under 100 charge backs a month. seems like most people aren't as big as they claim, i think visa did this to stop people from dominating the market (my opinion)
