I have been sitting here on my ass in this recliner chair since 7 this morning. When it's time to go to sleep, i'm just gonna move two feet and sleep on the couch..

But sitting here on my ass all day has caused "ass sitting disease" that affects the socket of the top of my leg and my hip bone. It's like having an incredible cramp in your ass where you can hardly walk.

I gotta get out of the house and do something tomorrow...this is ridiculous.
