CCBill is a Merchant Processor acting on behalf of the webmaster. If their software does not REPORT a sale, they still receive funds into their accounts from the credit card companies. Hence CCBill gets richer at the expense of their clients.
Now I am not saying this is actually what is happening, but I think Donovan this is why many people are upset. CCBill needs to have immaculate software and procedure to ensure that software glitches do not occur. And I am sure they have them, but customer service is just another aspect of running their business, complaints can not simply be shrugged off. And as far as trends go, sure things can be good 1 day and bad the next.
But if you make 100 sales / day and average say 4 per hour. It doesn't make any sense to see 0 sales for 5 hours in a row. It sounds more like a processing error.

I am a webmaster. I am also an affiliate to other webmasters. The slumps exist for both sides. Don't you think I'd notice more logins to the members area? Don't you think I'd notice NOT getting paid for new members?
I'm telling you, frustrating as it may be, CCBill isn't pulling any shady shit.
One more item to consider:
Do you think they'd risk losing their entire business to shave a few affiliates? Sorry, I don't think so.
