I think a pre-requisite to posting in this thread ought to be that you have actually visited other countries than your own.
in florida - people can ride motorcycles without a helmet but i can get a ticket for driving without a fucking seatbelt. the us puts junkies in jail, in holland they focus more on rehabilitation. it has a lot more to do with the smoking weed and hookers - many european countries are light years ahead of america in many ways
