Probably more than 20 people would have a copy of the original you played here sitting on their hard drives within minutes.
It wouldn't be extremely difficult to prove yours was the original if he tried to alter it.

The other day, he claimed he had driven past Headless' house. Headless challenged him by asking what car was parked in his driveway. VideoVoyeur dodged the question at least half a dozen times before responding with something along the lines of "I don't remember".
