Go for a 1 or 2 mile walk once a day. You actually get more work done since while you are on the walk you can plan out what you want to do and what is most important. You can go over shit and figure out the obstacles before you encounter them. Eat shit without processed grains. Eat shit without sugar added. Eat shit and die.... Don't eat salt, it retains water that is now to salty for your body to process correctly. Have to reboot? Prefect, do some pushups and situps. Download taking a while, ditto...
Being in shape isn't too hard to do while surfing GFY all day long... You just need to make that walk happen before GFY does...
