what a load of crap. probably the only thing that changed is how many people ADMITTED to smoking. years ago, when i was in high school, our high school gave out an anonymous poll regarding pot use. the shocking results were on the news - 10% of us smoked pot.
the truth was more than 30% of us smoked pot, but not all of us trusted anonymous polls to stay anonymous.
