Rage, Totally agree with you on everything.

5 years in the bizz and daily I spend at least 60 minutes answering newbe q's. No problem, but I am not explaining it all, to see a competitors' dialer on their freaking page, or try to help them and get an answer like: "... Yeah, this is my second week and the programmer of the script said it is not possible, I see you DID do it, how did you do it.."

Buy a BOOK (a pile of printed emails or faxes for those of you who forgot what they look like

), read tutorials etc. first.
If 5 years ago somebody told us everything, we would be rich in a week, in stead of trying ourselves and LEARN.

Serious newbee's don't ask stupid questions or reply to their own thread all the time. Bet you they are gone after the leather jacket
