There seems to a number of people lately that are just being plain assholes to people and that's not what this board should be about... I realize some are 17year old punks, that think they are cool by dogging people, but it's not.

I'm not saying that there's not a time to be a asshole, but just cause someone is a newbie, doesn't mean we need to slam them every time they ask a question.

There's all this talk about ethics, unions, and crap... Well, I think maybe the 1st place we need to start is by helping out the new people coming in to the biz.
