Challenge at EU level... They are touching free internal markets principle, ok a bit different thing as this thins have also social viewpoint ... but basicly as I work from another EU coutry and my business is legal... they cant stop me doing my business by county specific law... especially within EU. They cant even restrict me marketing my business to germany. *have to remember that social issue... but it might be weak on this kind of case.
