I wrote in explain your problem:
This company uses unfair business practices and infringes on the copyrights of original website authors by changing the html code written and owned by website owners to sell advertising space within that domain by Ezula, Inc. This is the same as a newsstand owner receiving periodicals and replacing the current advertisements with the newsstand owners? advertisements before selling them to the public. This is both illegal and unethical.
Here are background articles written by reputable websites and news organization relating to Ezula, Inc and their product Toptext (although it changes names often):
http://searchenginewatch.com/serepor...8-toptext.html http://slashdot.org/features/01/07/31/2015216.shtml
The last article states that upon emailing domains can be blocked from being affected by Toptext. This is not true. Ezula, Inc has responded to such emails declaring that they will not block any domains upon request.
This company is bundling their software with Kazaa, which has been downloaded by over 7 million web surfers. Kazaa is currently the #4 download on
http://www.download.com.
This company is using the same tactics as Gator.com, whom the IAB is considering legal action against.
A good source for more information in this company and their practices is

Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
Sincerely,
