That all depends on how you look at it. Do you drink caffinated beverages? Do you drink alchoholic beverages on an occasion? Do you take any medications? Just about everything contains a drug in one form or another.

I am not ever for or against narcotic use, nor am I for or against any entity defining what is legal or illegal to injest. The sorry state of affairs is such that the vast majority of the world's population is on drugs one way or another. Regardless of weather or not it's self medicated or prescribed, most people are on the wrong drugs, for the wrong reasons. Drugs of any form are to life as wind is to fire, too much will blow a fire out, but just enough can rekindle coals into a roaring fire. You can drown yourself by drinking too much water. You can die from alchohol poisoning. There are more ways to lose your life through idiocy than one can count. However, you are also entirely responsible for your every action, and it's consequental reaction.
