valerian root for sure, just when you need it
but get the tincture from a health food store, not in pill form
10 drops in a shot of water does it for me.
I've been having problems getting to sleep and staying there, i'll be up some nights til 9-10am, take an hour to fall under and if i wake up a few hours later i'm up for another few before falling back asleep. My brain gets overactive with all the computer work.
