I was having trouble sleeping once too, thus I was enlightened to all kinds of possible scenarios RLS being one of them (my problems slightly different).
If you have problems with drugs having reverse effects, try taking a mild amphetamine, in a majority of cases of HA (hyper active), this will work to adjust dopamine levels (ridlin).
