		 3 e-mails to 3 seperate depts. on the payment issue (with no reply in over a week) and multiple e-mail exchanges with Debi, Fitz and Jusitn concerning the returns. I can back anything I say here and I wouldn't have posted on this board if I hadn't tried dealing with them first. 
The customer support and response was very good and the people at electracash are very nice, but they are not giving us the truth about the way they apply their rates + how their system really works.
