Wait till the allegations of war crimes really start and all the "self declared" evidence by US forces is presented to the press. It is "possible" Bush may "own up" to that when it happens.
There will always be war crimes, but it will be interesting to see how these are "actually" handled. If the volume is "usual", it does not say much for US forces.

They will be "handled" as they have always been "handled"...by the proper authorities...in this case by the military via military Court Martial...which constitutes the US owning up to it.
