Shocking pictures from iraq

Odd that these are the only images/news of war crimes picked up by the media so far. There are - sounds like deliberately forgotten - issues involving at least 6 - 8 homicide cases of people while in US custody and under investigation by international orgs.
Although at different locations, the "common" element in all of them are that the captives were alone in cells and each was "ticked off" by (different) US military doctors as the cause of death being homicide.
It's ironical the CIA managed to find one such case in the last few days which they claim to be investigating. That's much like Adolf Eichman being the investigator into holocaust deaths - or there has been yet another failure of intelligence again with this agency. Honestly is not their prime attribute
Clearly there have been war crimes on both "sides" and fortunately several other independent organizations, with actual experience in this, are continuing their enquiries.
Now.. can anyone remember the reasons why the US Admin did not wish to be associated with the International Criminal Court??? As a reminder, tho not the "stated reason" - to cover the ass of the US Admin in event of war crimes (or so they thought), and secondly, alledgedly, to "protect US soldiers on the battlefield". That shows how sick and arrogant some are - their time will come.
