one question - looks like i have to set up a directory to install Movable Type into and for the admin part of it - i want the generated blog content to be on the index.html page of the site
i.e http://www.mutt.com/index.html(php) , i don't want http://www.mutt.com/mt/index.html

there's alot of hahahahahahahahaation here and i haven't found that part yet.

how much traffic can this thing handle before mySQL should be used? This site will be 1,000 visitors per day for awhile, might double in a few month, maybe 5,000 in a year at most.

thanks
Just install it in the root directory of your site. You don't have to install it in a directory called /mt/. If I recall, that is just the way their examples are.

I set one up so when you go to www.domain.com it is just the blog that loads, and it isn't in a /mt/ directory. It was a cinch to set up.

Can't answer your sql question, sorry!
