It's war people. Its vicious and cruel. Nothing pretty ever.
US Torture? Come on and get real. Every country in the world with an Intelligence Agency has torture facilities. You're nieve if you think otherwise.
Torture unfortunately is another one of those necessary evils that some countries practice blatantly and some deny it but do it discreetly. But usually the only way to extract cooperation and information from the enemy is with some degree of brutality.
