I've only posted about two dozen times about the move, and at least a quarter of those were in direct response to your questions... no it's not temporary, we're neighbors until you pick up and head out to one of your fictional other addresses again.
As for your silly sun comment, I have no idea where you see that, I'm the palest I've been this time of year in a long time, maybe you need to get some glasses replaced.
