It says in the code, why he did it, "preloading stuff off someone that was adding blind links. If he wants traffic he can get it..."
Would this post be the same if theHun was doing this to, say a CP site out of Russia?
The law has nothing to do with morals, which is what determines right and wrong. There's alot of laws in different places in the world, but that doesn't mean they are all right, just because they are laws.
