Wizzo, it's not about what is ok and what is not,but about what is legal or not.
If you do this you open yourself up for criminal investigation as well.Is it worth?
I dont know why he did this and I am not speculating about that I just say that it's not worth.By doing this you overload the server.And on that server is propably more
websites that take the hit.Personally If I owned webhosting company and someone targeted
one of mine servers I'd report it and get good lawyer.
