Elephant list did this same thing to juicy links a few months ago. It was as illegal then as it is now. This is a DOS attack, and moreover it is calculated to cause monetary damages, which makes it pretty much an instant win in a lawsuit as well. The Hun is lucky he's not in the US with those tactics, he'd be broke pretty quick.
I find it really amazing that the webmasters who agree with this don't agree with people cheating sponsors, or trading partners, or violating the rules of TGPs... This is AGAINST THE LAW. The Hun deserves to be at least fined heavily for this bs. This isn't the wild west, and this shit just isn't acceptable from a "major" player like Hun.
