Mine were AWFUL that trip. I have an SUV and they kept jumping from the front seat to the back seat to the far back and then forward again. They didn't sleep the whole trip, my male was bugging the crap out of my female, etc. And they're pugs so they're ugly-cute and when I'd leave them in the car while I stopped to pee, I'd come back and there would be 10 people around the car, lol!
I've tried to belt them in but they cry the whole damn time.
Every other year my son had gone with me to run interference. I do this every year - I'm a glutton for punishment.
