your best bet is to look for a code auditor, who also knows how to find exploits (format strings/ integer overflows/ stack overflows/ etc.) don't hire some kids who know how to run code they find on web sites
I know several code auditors if you're serious.

This is an old thread but we were looking into producing our own spyware protection software.
Since then, we've gotten bogged down with making money but I'd still be interested in talking to someone who could handle a project like this.
