I can both audit C / Perl code and hahahahaha exploits (depending on how complex they are!?)

your best bet is to look for a code auditor, who also knows how to find exploits (format strings/ integer overflows/ stack overflows/ etc.) don't hire some kids who know how to run code they find on web sites
I know several code auditors if you're serious.
