The biggest problem I saw was the flexibility of reporting available for the program owners. You couldn't run reports individually or do a full listing of the database of webmasters that weren't active currently or that were active currently and separate those down so you know who to contact and see if they need help or a boost to get started promoting again. The reports available were not helpful in the least if trying to asist your webmasters with their conversions or sales. The reliability at one point and load time was very poor. Not sure if it's gotten better or not.
