If you join topcash's 4 cent per blind link program (like amateur pie) then you CAN use blind links all you want. I've been promoting Amateur Pie for a few years now, and they pay, believe me they pay. Every two weeks, on time without fail.

What they don't like is when you "target=" a new window on their links, and they don't like it if you load someone else's popup overtop of their page either. They will can you for either infraction. Other than that, you can send hits in many ways, like blind text or thumb links, they even supply you with blind banners and recommended blind text links for that program.
