Well, if all you want to do is keep a record of it for posting online, then you can just record it off the air into a stereo... this works if you're IN the broadcast range... Otherwise, you can download a demo copy of CoolEditPro (might be Adobe Audition now) and record it real time from a stream on your PC.
of course, you could always just ask whoever is interviewing you to make you a copy.
