RK more than likely you are correct it is a financial consideration.

But that financial consideration could also be affected by decisions likes the one against Napster.

If I remember correctly didn't the recording industry say that their next step would be to go after isp's offering such binary groups as mp3's?

I may be wrong and in most cases am...lol.

But like I said this is an interesting turn in events to say the least.

There will be thousands of people affected by this decision (let's hope they come to us for porn ) as it is a pretty large isp...the isp is swbell and they are teaming up with prodigy.
