How about for starters fix the ruts on freeways.
And second. how about mandatory seat belts in all states along with breathilizer tests required to be installed on all people 16-25 and all people with a DUI on record?
I mean really, cmon..... the government can make some pretty damn sophisticated equipment which couldn't be fooled. ... and in reality, it would cost their high end producers only a few dollars. No need to make profit on a public service to save peoples lives.
I dont know why the gov't is against this type of thing. Anyone have a loved one/someone you cared about greatly die? Have you even ever cared about someone? those that know don't even need to reply, and im sorry if i've brough back your emotions by reading this.
